Numerous clients have retained ELENGAS to secure new electricity and gas energy agreements for their sites, leading to lower cost outcomes and lower risk profiles. Some of these involved the renegotiation of existing electricity supply contracts to achieve updated and more appropriate outcomes.
Clients range from an annual electricity spend of $100k pa through to $10m pa.
Asset Purchase and Contract Negotiations
ELENGAS has assisted in the sale and purchase of energy related assets (such as embedded electricity networks, crude oil producing assets, etc).
ELENGAS has negotiated the sale of crude oil, condensate and raw gas from upstream oil & gas producing facilities.
ELENGAS has successfully negotiated the sale of natural gas from gas fields, as well as the purchase of natural gas by retail customers.
ELENGAS has project managed the research of options and negotiated the preferred sale outlet/s for crude oil, including the tender process, negotiation and selection of transport options and providers for the efficient movement and sale of crude oil from well head to market.
ELENGAS has assisted major Australian oil & gas E&P companies to secure new exploration acreage in Australia and overseas, particularly in the Middle East and North Africa.
Elengas has participated in numerous negotiations, which have included commercial agreements such as joint venture arrangements with foreign Government controlled oil and gas companies as well as other major international oil companies.
Apart from providing commercial analysis and support, other aspects of the our involvement in securing international exploration acreage has included the negotiation of the respective commercial documents, such as Production Sharing Agreements (PSA’s), Concession Agreements, and as well as the respective work programmes etc. with the foreign Governments and their agencies.
